Story of the film

Volunteers from all over the world knit and crochet the flags of all nations. Put together this creates a huge world scarf that shows the flag for cosmopolitanism, diversity and integration.

It celebrated its premiere on November 8, 2015 in Hamburg. Together with the City of Hamburg, all flags were hung individually from the windows of the City Hall at Hamburg City Hall and then woven into an oversized world scarf on Hamburg City Hall Square. Since then he has been traveling all over the world to demonstrate open-mindedness – from Cologne to St. Petersburg. And the journey continues. In this project, too, the event management and coordination of all those involved on November 8, 2015 was with Kerstin Reich. The project is supported by the Senate and the citizenship of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
