Project Description

The video clip M for the well-known Indie-pop group The Notwist was produced by Frank Müller in a 100% analogue and classic manner.
The film material was shot on 16mm in Russia in the early 1990s for Frank Müller’s first experimental film Magia Peng Bo. After the premiere in 1993, the band got in touch with Frank Müller and commissioned the production of the video clip.
The clip was then edited from existing material (not used for the original film) in Moscow in 1995 using a 16mm editing table.
